Description:

The Grain destoner lights which make the material moving in the machine be clearly visible.It is used to separate heavy impurities from other grains.The heavy impurities such as stones having the same size and shame with grain kernels are in the lower layer and move to the stone outlet by means of directional, slope and reciprocating movement of stoning sieve plate, while grains floating in the upper layer roll under self gravity to discharge outlet, so as to separate from grains the stones having the same size and shame with grain kernels.

Features:

1.The rice de-stoner machine separates the material and stones automatically by air-pressure and vibrating range.The paddy rice and stone move to opposite direction on the plate and are separated effectively. The removed stones will not contain any paddy rice;

2. The air-volume can be adjusted easily. There is air-pressure meter monitoring the air-pressure in the air-suction chamber.There are also lights which make the material moving in the machine be clearly visible;

3. The rice de-stoner is used in rice milling plant and animal feed plant in order to remove the stones from paddy rice, grains or animal feed;
