Description:

QLHU10 (B) Paddy Pneumatic Husker with Aspirator has the optimum performance, decreased breakage and greater aspiration efficiency. It has automatic mechanism: a level gauge monitors paddy being fed into the husker inlet and activates an air cylinder which opens the shutter and feeds the paddy into the husking chamber. The pneumatic control system maintains a constant pressure between the rubber rolls, which helps to ensure a uniform husking ratio. Practices show that the husking ratio is more than 90%.
Pressure between rollers can be adjusted by regulating valve, material flow and air volume can be adjusted by regulating lever.

Feature

1. With double side synchronous belt driving, it is used for husking by relative rotation of rubber rolls in different speeds.

 
2. It is characterized by high output, small floor space, no oil pollution or noise. 

3. The feeding gate is driven by an air cylinder, and it is automatically controlled through a photoelectric level indicator. 

4.High husking yield,high output-husking yield up to over 90%.

5.Steady running: Less vibrating,low noise.
