Description:

The rice huller realizes the hulling purpose through press and twist force between a pair of rubber rolls and by weight pressure.
The hulled material mixture is separated into brown rice and rice husk by air force in the separating chamber. This series huller with rolls tightening by weight uses gearbox for speed change,
so that the quick and slow rolls can be as to mutually alternated, the sum and difference of linear speed are relatively stable and the productivity is high.

Feature:

1. Rubber rollers are convenient to assemble and disassemble.

2.  Mechanical control system of counter weight and lever maintains a constant pressure between rubber rollers, which helps to ensure a uniform husking ratio.

3. Transmission consists of gearbox and V belt, no need to swap rollers, save time.

4. Through air suction and vertical air channel, paddy husks can be highly separated.

5. High capacity, compact size, fully sealed structure, no leakage.

6. Low rubber wear due to adjustable husking pressure and good air suction cooling.

7. Lengthened chute raising the speed of paddy grains getting into hulling rolls and increased the throughput.

Payment

We can accept the payment  T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment or L/C at sight.
