MLGQZ 36Gx2 Paddy Husker double-base and double-side synchronous belt driving

Description

Double body MLGQZ series  with double-base and double-side synchronous belt driving, two pairs rubber rolls work simultaneously. It can process cleaned paddy and paddy returns to husk separately in technology. When processing paddy returns to husker, it is possible to reduce the pressure between rolls and lower the broken brown rice content, so that the white rice yield can be increased. The feeding gate is driven by an air cylinder, and it is automatically controlled through a inductive type level indicator.

7. A constant pressure between the rubber rolls is maintained by pneumatic or mechanical control, which helps to ensure a uniform husking ratio.
