Description of the paddy husker

The Pneumatice paddy husker/grain husk for rice milling plant Through a pair of rubber roller ,which rotate in opppsite direction and differential,paddy will be husked.The paddy husk and the mixture of paddy and brown rice will be separated by paddy husk separator.

Feature of the paddy husker

1. The pneumatic control system maintains a constant pressure between the rubber rollers, the flow rate has digital display, pressure and paddy flow can be easily adjusted.

2. Toothed belt transmission and no gear box, low noise and non oil-leakage, it is very good for rice cleanness.

3. To assemble the aspirating channel instead of aspirating chamber, lower power consumption and lower breakage.

4. Automatic control system to make sure the sequence of operation and to realize tightening rubber rollers when paddy feeding and loosening them when no feeding, convenient operation.

5. Vibratory Feeder ensures smooth, consistent and large input. The feed rate is controlled to provide a linear non-stop flow rate. Paddy flowing uniformly on the long chute is fed to the rubber rolls evenly, it has higher husking efficiency.

6. An innovative assembly is double-supported prop structure, with smooth transmission and stable performance.
