Description

MLGQZ rice pneumatic husker is a brand new rubber roller huller newly manufactured by our company. The pneumatic husker features characteristics of high automation, good technological effects and convenient operation & use that is the upgraded product for the rice processing factory.
It is used to automate the process of removing the chaff (the outer husks) of grains of rice. There have been numerous techniques to hull rice.

Feature

1. Excellent  performance,  compact  construction.  

2. Pressure  between  rubber  rollers  can  be  adjusted  directly  by  pressure  valve,  and  feeding  flow  and  air  volume  adjusted  by  adjustable  handle.  

3. With  imported  parts,  the  product  is  reliable  and  durable,  such  as  bearing,  transmission belt,  level  gauge,  solenoid  valve,  booster,  cylinder  and  so  on.  (motor  is  option  according  to  client’s  requirement.)

4. Complete  husk  separation  by  adopting  classic  vertical  suction  channel,thus  the  rice  contained  in  husk  greatly  less  than  that  of  overseas.  

5. Automatically  unengaged  without  paddy,  while  if  with  paddy,  rubber  rollers  engage  automatically.  Opening  for  feeding  gate  and  pressure  between  rubber  rollers  are  automatically  controlled  by  pneumatic  components.

6. Equipped  with  long  shedding  plate  and  high  speed  and  compulsive  feeding  mechanism,  super  power  of  driven  motor,  it  has  high  husking  yield  and  big  capacity. 

7. Easy  to  operate  and  adjust.

8. With  double-side  V-belt,  it  runs  steadily,  and  has  less  vibrating  and  low  noise.
