Description:

Belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end points and a closed conveyor belt. The roller that drives the conveyor belt is called the driving roller (the driving roller); the other is that the roller is changed to the direction of movement. The driving roller is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the conveyor belt is driven by the friction between the driving roller and the conveyor belt. Drive roller are generally installed in the discharge end, to increase the traction force, is conducive to drag. Material is feed from the feed end, falls on the rotation of conveyor belt, transporting to the discharge end with the friction of the conveyor belt.

Concerning some material may skid on the belt, herringbone belt is provided to strength the stability of belt conveyor running.
