MLGQ 36 Paddy Husker is applicable to all kinds of grain processing

Description

Adopting digital technique, integrate advance husking technology in the world with local condition in China, MLGQ paddy husker with aspirator is a newly developed product which can satisfy the requirement of marchatronics of modern rice milling equipment. Husk separation adopts traditional domestic vertical suction channel, thereby meeting the needs of middle and large rice milling plant. The machine features high automation, big capacity, good economic efficiency, excellent performance and stable and reliable operation. It is necessary and ideal upgrade product for large modern rice milling enterprise in centralization production. 

Feature

1. Automatically unengaged without paddy while if with paddy, rubber rolls engage automatically. Opening for feeding gate and pressure between the rubber rolls are automatically controlled by pneumatic components. 

2. Easy to operate and adjust. 

3. Excellent performance, compact construction.

4. Pressure between rubber rollers can be adjusted directly by pressure valve, and feeding flow and air volume adjusted by adjustable handle. 

5. Equipped with long shedding plate and high speed and compulsive feeding mechanism, supper power of driven motor, it has high husking yield and big capacity.

 
6. Complete husk separation by adopting class vertical suction channel, thus the rice contained in husk greatly less than that of overseas. 

7. With double-side V-belt, it runs steadily and has less vibrating and low noise. 

8. Equipped with long shedding plate and high speed and compulsive feeding mechanism, supper power of driven motor, it has high husking yield and big capacity. 

9. With imported parts, the product is reliable and durable, such as bearing, transmission belt, level gauge, solenoid valve, booster, and cylinder and so on. (Motor is option according to client's requirement. )
