MLGT36-B 14” Paddy Husker highly separated and safe to operate

Description:

MLGT36 paddy husker is with husk separator. It is used to hull paddy and separate husk. It can be applied on any variety of rice effortlessly.
Husker is a layer of cellulose protecting rice grain. Each paddy grain has 2 "half husk" interlocking each other, so it is easier to break the interlock and release 2 half husks from each paddy, this is the concept of Husking machine.

Process flow

The clean paddy enters the flow rate adjusting device from hopper, passes through short and long trickle plates and then gets into middle of the machine head box for hulling. The mixture after hulling enters the husk separating chamber through louver trickle plates and is separated. The rice husk is discharged through air channel and the brown rice is discharged from outlet.

Q1:Our worker can not know how to operation the production line, what should i do?
A:we has installation and after-sale service team, our engineer can go to give customer installation guide. If customer need, our whole engineer team also go to customer's country.
